Yea I’m fully on board the Eze hype and have been for a while now.

I’d try and get him in even if it’s a loan out for a year before he fits into the squad.

Not sure if you can read because last I checked you snowflaked and filtered me.

I actually like Winks but the flaws in his game are :

Often dives in to tackles and misses which mean the oppo player can easily evade him.

Sometimes he is not strong enough in the tackle.

Doesn't always look for killer pass to the forwards.

Does he have a killer pass in his locker?

I'm quite happy for him to play sideways but he needs to take responsibility and be more assertive. Take a risk and look for through ball to Son or Kane or Moura once in while.

I cannot fault his passion for the club or committment. He is a tidy player but lots of room for improvement.

Also would like to see him carry the ball forwards more. He is quite quick whilst running with the ball but doesn't do it enoug for me.

Why the killer pass though? Assuming the role that he has been playing for the past 12 months, I don’t think it is the responsibility for a deep-lying midfielder to play killer passes. Just a lot of safe smart passes and good progressive passes to players who should themselves play killer passes?

He played a superb ’killer’ pass at the weekend
