It’s frightening that Boris could actually become pm.

Will the food and life saving medicine be arriving by flying unicorn?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What do you think will happen?
You think the EU would suddenly manufacture another market for their products?
And do you realise if the EU refuse to sell to us, we can get the food/medicine from alternative suppliers?

We survived the 2nd world war when the German U Boats were targeting our shipping supply line. And you think we will not be able to bring medicine across the border from a peaceful neighbour?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
How do we import radioactive isotopes used to treat cancer patients from thousands of miles away when they only have a shelf life of a few hours?

Geography is one of Brexit's biggest enemies aside from reality.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Mate it a Brexiter mentions the War they have won the argument, it’s the rule.

Honestly our war dead must be spinning in their graves having their sacrifice used so flippantly to try and justify Brexiters twisted agenda.

The EU has decimated our industrial base and shipped them to Eastern Europe.
Our govt can't provide help to British Steel because of EU regulation.
Our fishermen can't fish on OUR waters because of EU regulation.
Our light bulbs, vacuum cleaners, working time directive etc. are all being controlled by the EU.
And for these regulations, we have to pay a net of more than £200m every week.
Money that could be spent on our forces or NHS.
-------
Can you actually back all this up?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
British steel has been all over the news in recent weeks.
Common Fisheries policy means we are not in control of our waters.
Many companies have been closed down and given EU grants to relocate to Eastern Europe. Try google for details.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sorry, who gives s flying fack about our bloody fishing waters?!!

The U.K. fishing industry is worth a measly 0.07% GDP, literally a drop in the ocean, and the only reason that the EU had to step in was because our greedy fisherman over fished.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Sizzle, 100 per cent agree, fishing is being used by the Brexiteers for some strange reason, when it is such a minor industry now. You know they will just overfish it as usual, and there will be tons of rotting fish left on the quaysides. There are so many more service industries that are more important than fishing that are being completely ignored.

Cameron, May then Boris. It’s like the Tories are having a competition to see who can be the worst pm.

Nothing against them personally Sandy, but there are 66Million people in this country, and only 12,000 of them are fishermen. Why this obsession over what is basically a cottage industry?

The EU has provided 70 years of Peace, Prosperity, Rights, Freedoms and Citizenship for Europe and her people. Before we went in Britain was known as the sick dog of Europe that had to go grovelling to the IMF for bailouts.
———————————-

sizzle getting the facts completely wrong again

Firstly, the peace in Europe is ENTIRELY down to NATO!

Secondly, it was Labour and the Unions who made us the sick ‘man’ of Europe, causing 3 day weeks, power cuts and continuous strike action.

So it`s Johnson v Hunt. Both absolutely made a mess of being foreign secretary and health secretary. How the hell has this country allowed these two to be anywhere near the highest office in the country?

Flogging Chinese and Indian food is a bigger industry in the UK than the fish industry.

Absolutely.

The true veterans, the people who have witnessed the evil of fascism first hand are overwhelmingly Pro EU.

The closest any Brexiter has ever been to WW2 is watching Dunkirk down at the local multiplex.

Yes and plenty are for it.

I hope that when we are out of the EU this also applies to the Ryder Cup. I always think the half wits cheering on Germans and booing the yanks should be forced to watch the first hour of Saving Private Ryan.

Lets get back to GB versus USA.

Don’t forget the blue passports we could have had anyway👍

Oh, and the democracy we’ve got back which means that 100k Tory members who have paid £30 for the privilege get to decide the PM for the WHOLE country - unelected bureaucrats🤣
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Well at least it won’t be the ludicrous Dominic Raabish, you know, that one who doesn’t know where our food comes from and was going to ask Her Maj to shut down Parliament for a few months

Or Esther McVile

At least that repugnant weasel faced cockroach Gove has gone. Now there’s a bloke who I'd like to smash in the face with a scorching hot anvil.

There is a suggestion that some Boris supporters voted for Hunt to ensure that Gove went out?

My money is on May and Stewart for the 2 spoilt ballot papers.

They wanted Hunt on because he’s a remainer.

Remainers that care about the NHS must be conflicted voting for Hunt.
