That is a good shout, was fantastic at chelsea. But still don't know if he edges mane/sterling? not sure.

so i've done an article for the decade, with 5 months left of it, you laugh at that, then do one for the last 5 years... each to their own

Its hard with longevity but id find it hard to leave out players like suarez kane salah despite only playing a handfull of the 10 seasons or whatever they were on another level.

my memory has gone on a lot of them. I was thinking maybe ivanovic at rb, and then moving azpi to lb where he was very good. But didn't want to be too chelsea dominant.

Yeh, and I find myself thinking about players who have played for a long time over players of quality.

Kyle Walker for example. I think he's fairly average, but he's been doing it for many years now.

Kante is a bit recent imo - Carrick would probably be a better shout than him.

No one mentioned rooney yet left in 2k17?

The only thing you realise by trying to attempt this is that it was a dark time for the PL in the 10s.

He's only played for half of it.

what about valencia at rb winston?
And sorry i'd still have lampard over carrick. I think lampard still scored 70 odd Pl goals this decade.

Vidic and Rio at CB for me... i dont remember seeing a better CB partnership in the history of the PL
