Robbing talking about getting riled.
He's the guy who got so angry that he had to restrain himself from talking to me in case he repeated the actions that resulted in a ban.

The idea that railways and utilities were at the same standard as they are now when they were nationalised is quite simply a lie. Utter hogwash.
Again I'll say, no matter how mad some of JC's policies may be, the Tory government are worse, this is what it comes down to.

Mate, there are massive problems with privatised industries and capitalism in general.
You won't get any argument from me on that.
I just fundamentally disagree that the solution is nationalisation.
Not too bothered about privitisation either (although Id rather things werent and just run properly by the state) but if the doctors, nurses, police, fire dept, teachers and GP's are ALL saying theyre being turned over by the Tories youve got to be a bit if a cvnt to ignore it imo.
Meanwhile the top 1% have doubled their wealth.
People refer to the French system.
SNCF, the French National Rail Company, are 50bn Euros in debt and lose 3bn Euros a year.
So that's the model for nationalising everything....BT, Utilities, Railway.
As i said above, EVERYTHING needs paying for and to think nationalising everything will make it (a) better and (b) profitable is a dream.

Its like saying that 1 in every 100 footballers in the EPL are getting mega wages and its ruining all of football
I can understand the anger that such disparity causes but it should not be the main focus. The language of the Labour campaign is really fuelling this, statements like Wealthy people in this country fear paying their taxes is simply painting the picture that many high earners are tax dodgers when the reality is the vast majority are not. It is furthering the them and us divide and often unfairly. Those who do earn high will be paying almost half their wages in tax, that is huge sums and significant contributions. Those who avoid/evade tax are condoned by no party.

This is probably an unfair word but I find Labour's current policies too extreme.

You want schools to be underfunded and open part time
You want there to be too few Police
You want nurses to be underpaid

You want people dying on the streets
You want people failed on their health assessments on purpose
You want your own citizens to be deported after 50 years here
