I'll probably be boring and say they would all be Manics ones. However, for the purpose of this I'll do one from each artist.

1. Generation Terrorists - Manics (too long and bloated in truth but a really ambitious and raucous first album)
2. The Bends - Radiohead (top album - most of them could have been singles - in fact a lot were)
3. Kula Shaker - K (some great tunes and I do a mean karaoke version of 'Hey Dude'.
4. The Verve - Urban Hymns (filled with top songs and Lucky Man is also in my karaoke repertoire!)
5. Echobelly - On (a blast from the indie mid 90s past)

Every Valley was a great album from Public Service Broadcasting.

Beirut were a good shout, not listened to them for years though.

I'd cheat and go, with some greatest hits albums:

Bob Marley (being on an island and all)
Fleetwood Mac (had no idea Rob liked good music)
Queen
Eminem
Red Hot Chilli Peppers

Seems to cover most moods.
