Immense for a largely average team at the time, couldn't train and some of his team mates didn't even know his strongest foot he was so good with both.

Just misses out for me. Was really good in the air, strong, good on the ball, a great reader of the game and a goal threat from set pieces but his lack of mobility means he just misses out.

No Gerrard?

Sorry but as good as he was, Ledley King doesn’t belong on a list with those named in the OP. Had no career whatsoever by comparison.

If he had played at centre back, he'd likely be in there. He could have been top ten from any position to be honest. Perhaps left back and left wing, he'd have missed out.

Yeah, think people are on the wind up. One even had Keown in the top 10 - bad enough opinion on it's own, just plain idiotic when you see Adams not on the list
