Good post Don I honestly do think this is our season. If we can get Bale back to the player he was a few seasons ago then there is no reason why not.

My only concern at the moment is Sanchez, that guy is a liability.

Hi Mate.... Spurs can defo win it, like you say they have as a good a chance anyone at this point. With said the injury to Toby is bad news (Rodan is gonna really have to step up) and sadly we are another ankle injury to Kane away from finishing 7th

Either way, its good to see Jose trying his best to change the mentality, levy backing his manager, the team having a clear identity and the players showing they actually have pair !

An exciting season ahead... fingers crossed...... Put it this way........ I’d sign for Top 4, an FA Cup win and a point at the Bridge if you offered me it now

Completely agree. Complete donkey mate. Would much rather Tanganga in there, despite him being young.

We can absolutely win it, we have a very good squad that matches anybody. Ultimately though, it will come down to who enjoys the most favour from the officials.

We all know there is royal Spurs shafting from the officials around the corner to derail us, whereas the Pool`s of this world will be dragged up the league up until the very end, so you would have to make them favourites over everybody else, purely on that basis.

You'd like to think that with Vinicius, we aren't completely screwed if Kane gets injured.

not saying he is anywhere near as effective and we'd have to change the system, but at least we wouldn't be playing without a CF like we have in other seasons!

I'm still very confident that we won't win the league. Liverpool are comfortably better than us. I think we'll walk a top four finish though, which I never expected at the beginning of the season.

Imo liverpool are just too good. If it wasn't for them then I'd say we have a real chance.

I do think (draw dependent) we have a good chance in the cups.

He has all the attributes for a great CB. Including temperament and position awareness. He is not easily shrugged off the ball and can win a fair share of his aerial duels

Aerial duel is needed and it's what allowed DCL to score against is.

For me its way too early to even think about winning the league. I just want us to progress from last season and get back into the top four as a minimum.

Agree with the sentiments of your post Don, too many false hopes ect. Plus Liverpool are strong as funk.

Would like to see a midfielder come in during the jan window to ease the load on PEH and Sissoko.

We should find out soon the extent of Toby's injury Hopefully it's only a few weeks rather than months.

Yes I did mate thank you. Had the most incredible wedding in Italy with all our friends and family. A week in paradise and just what was needed. Then Italy goes into quarantine 4 days after we get home talk about perfect timing. Also got a little one on the way next April, our 1st. So been a particularly good year if I’m going to be honest. Thanks for asking mate.

No mate. The misses can’t be bothered with all that big reveal stuff and I don’t blame her. We will go to our 20 week NHS scan as per usual, then let all our family and friends know the traditional way
