We deserved a point today. Given the players we are missing including Auba/Partey/Gabriel for this one and up against a top 4 team away from home the players tried hard but Everton were jammy to get the first goal and the second was a gift too. I saw improvements in work rate, there was some fight there for Arteta and we looked a little better going forward.

Arteta is showing his inexperience and his incompetence. He's a nothing manager and an awful coach (if he's a coach at all).

Jan window is coming up. Arteta played Willian all through this game and his selections have been consistently poor. Would you trust him with £30m to spend to save us? No chance.

Holding, Nketiah, Elneny, Ceballos,Willock and Xhaka are all championship standard players.
Arteta has made mistakes but I won’t judge him until he replaces our midfield.

Ceballos is an Arteta's signing.

not really. one reason why his anticipation was off is because he is not coached to look at the crosser and attacker. if he had done that he would have spotted the danger area first and made a dart to occupy it. that way cut out the cross.

really what do you think they do all week? its their job to practice again and again which defender goes where.

the real problem is when you play 3 at the back defenders leave it to each other and don't take responsibility. its why i hate the formation.

Guys, come on, some of you need to seriously wake up here.

Regardless of the players missing, how can you justify keeping a manager who has us 16th, 5 points above relegation? Have your expectations withered away that much?

20th in the league for goals scored since the break.
20th in the league for converting chances.
19th in the league for shots on goal.
18th in the league for crosses completed.

Our worst points tally at this stage for 46 years.

His loyalty to players who are undeservingly in the starting XI every week is going to cost him his job.

We've lost whatever discipline and shape we used to have, and he's found absolutely no answers to our struggles in attack.

We should NOT be THIS bad.

Whatever issues preceded Arteta have been exacerbated by his approach, team selection, tactics and (reportedly) questionable man-management.

And if he's so reliant on Partey being fit to rescue him, then that says it all.

His time is up.
