It is completely beyond my comprehension that some folk can't see that if you put the BLM logo up it will get associated with the knee gesture.
Why put the banners up if its not relevant?
It's a bit like me putting a Labour sign up in my garden then expecting everyone to believe I voted for the Greens.

Similarly it’s beyond my comprehension why there’s an issue with it being linked to BLM. Of course it’s linked to BLM. It doesn’t mean its linked to anything else that is.

Even further beyond comprehension is the fact that it’s since been clarified, by the players and manager, that the kneeling in this case is not political, or to do with BLM. This keeps, conveniently/intentionally falling on deaf ears for some reason.

The kneeling is to do with BLM, not sure where the idea it isn’t has come from?
It’s just it’s to do with the overall movement, not a specific political faction within it. There’s no reason to look to disassociate it, that’s actually part of the issue in terms of looking to denounce the overall movement based on people’s perceptions of the motivations of only certain individuals within it.

UEFAs anti racism campaign is the respect campaign, Kneeling is a universally recognised sign of respect.
Both players and managers have distanced the kneel from BLM, and using the gesture for racial justice predates BLM anyway.

So intentionally ignoring the words of Southgate and the players, you know the people actually protesting, it is then.
Maybe they should do a YouTube video and you’ll pay attention.
Wading through all the verbal gymnastics from people justifying booing because of some of the political beliefs of some of the people that are associated with the movement in America, you just have to apply Occam's Razor.
They boo because they're racists.

Why would I need to speak to all the players? They’ve spoken in the press and given their reasons to protest. Expecting all the players to be trotted out to the press is exceptional levels of pedantry, even for you.
