I wonder if there's a statto out there who can figure out how many chances each Test side needs on average in order to take 10 wickets.

Between missed run-outs and dropped catches it feels like England need to take 15-18 wickets every flipping innings. Imagine how many Jimmy and Broad would have if the rest of the team could facking catch

I think we'd all have taken 364 at this point yesterday.

Also we should take a bit of confidence from the fact that India's tail is really, really bad. Having them 6 down is like having another side 8 or 9 down.

Bestoftherest gone awol cos England fought back today unfortunately he will be back if we lose a few early wickets and considering our brittle lineup, that seems likely!

I said earlier that early wickets could help us restrict them to around 375 so this has been a good comeback. Considering we put them in, we'd have been hoping to have got them out for about 100 less than this.

Stop complaining about BOTR complaining all the time, TCM. Or I'll have to file a complaint.
