Have you recovered from your meltdown on Friday StrikeMug? You took the NS Mura loss pretty badly bud. I was worried about you ranting incoherently in your “study” for 15 hours non stop.
Next time Spurs have a humiliating defeat, step away from the lap top and go and play table tennis in the communal area.

All good, I correctly predicted that’s Norwich vs Wolves would be a proper 2 pointer, and I fancy this game to be as wel

I predict another low score draw for the record
For the record, Nostradamug7 predicted a comfortable 3-0 win for Jokespurs on Thursday 😂😂

I fear you're probably right pal but I'm hoping we'll nick it with a late goal.
I feel that this game is suited for Traore and I hope he gets to start. I would imagine that Dendonker will come in for Neves and it would't surprise me, if he scores. If Neves wasn't suspended, Bruno might have rested Moutinho for this one.
That’s some imagination you’ve got there wolfie. We literally have no other replacement for Neves!

----------------------------------------------------------------------
That depends on what he decides their opinions are!
Putting aside all the arguments about a threadbare squad and even though we are currently 6th in the league table, I think the thing we have suffered from most this season is lack of consistency.
When you look at our last 4 games, we were good against Everton, dire against Palace, brilliant against West Ham and lacklustre against Norwich.
Another inconsistent feature of our game is the number of goal scoring opportunities created. In our first 3 games of the season when we came out all guns blazing, we had a total of 67 shots with 15 on target but no goals. In our last three games we have managed just 24 shots with 9 on target but still only scored 1 goal. I think I prefer the all guns blazing approach.
With games against Liverpool, Man City and Chelsea all coming up in December it will be interesting to see what Bruno does. He could throw caution to the wind and go toe to toe with them or he can go ultra-cautious for damage limitation. I think we all know which one he will opt for.
As an aside, interestingly in our first 3 games when were creating all the goal scoring opportunities, Adama Traore started all 3 games and played a total 267 minutes of the 270. Just saying!
I really hope that we don't go "toe to toe" against Man City or Liverpool

Or Chelsea for that matter
We usually get turned over by bullyboy teams and I really don't see any difference this time.
However, we may see the good team who can do a job on them and get a result.
With the games coming up it would be a great boost for us all.
Did anyone see Sean Dyche on the pitch at Turf Moor in the driving snow and freezing cold with only a shirt and tie top smiling his head off.
Priceless.

I think we have some hope for Wednesday as I thought West Ham's physicality might be too much for us, but we found a way to overcome them.
It is becoming increasingly frustrating, particularly in away games, that we are posing little threat in attack. Against Palace and Norwich we hardly looked like scoring at all. And it was the same for the majority of the games at Leeds and Villa. We were lead to believe we would see a much more positive style with Bruno compared to Nuno, but that hasn’t been the case in recent away games. Yet the last two home games against West Ham and Everton were good to watch.
As gem pointed out, in the first three games of the season we played highly entertaining football and didn’t deserve to lose any of those games. It’s no coincidence that the change of style since has come about when Traore hasn’t started.
Early days for Bruno who hasn’t yet developed his own squad and when he does hopefully we will see more positive football. But when what we are doing has taken us to 6th it does feel picky to criticise what how we’re playing
"Early days for Bruno who hasn’t yet developed his own squad"
Hopefully when he actually does begin this process, he targets the right players and not just add to the squad for the sake of it with reckless signings that jeopardise the very structure of the club just to appease a few restless and unrealistic supporters.
You are correct and I think the reason is he does not have his own squad. He tried the attacking game in the first three games and lost them all ( albeit because we couldn't score ) so he reverted to a more defensive game which has proved more fruitful.
If he gets a stronger squad I think he will try the attacking game again.
I am probably stating the obvious.
As an aside, interestingly in our first 3 games when were creating all the goal scoring opportunities, Adama Traore started all 3 games and played a total 267 minutes of the 270. Just saying!
You forgot to add Gem that we lost all three with out scoring a goal.

Actually I stated quite clearly that we didn't score a goal. In our last 3 games where Adama has played a total of 22 minutes as a wing back and 14 minutes as a forward we lost 1, drew 1 and won 1 but still only scored 1 goal. Trincao. and Ait-Nouri offer almost nothing and Semedo not much more. The only players we have who create chances for the forwards are Neves, Moutinho and Traore.
