The very same link you posted here disproves your claim.

And by the way, the language in which people chose to take a poll has zero statistical value as regards their native language. Amongst many other factors, the intelligibility of the text or of the interviewers could easily influence the choice of language in which the poll was taken.

Check the % of native speakers for trhe Kyiv area on the map on the wikipedia page you posted.

While you're at it, tell me how all the Russification policies post-1920s are made up too, or how they actually didn't attempt to artificially and forcibly impose Russian in Ukraine.

Below is the answer

Most of them speak awful Ukrainian and never did it before the period them gaining some positions after 2014. Actually, popular Ukrainian language is so poorly systematical that you can speak it the way you like and people would see it as some kind of a variant of the norm. You can move 10 km from one village to another and the linguistic anarchy will be clearly seen, but the most funny it may spread even to official statements and governmental documents

Ask the Russian guy if Ukraine should be an independent sovereign nation, and which of the parts occupied by Russia during the past decade should be returned to Ukraine.

Ask him what happened after Stalin banned Ukrainization policies, whether during the Soviet era there were ever any efforts to Russify Ukraine and other Soviet republics, and what impact -if any- resettlement policies had on the ethnic composition of the different Soviet Republics.
