To be fair, Kyogo did get 27 goals in the league for us. That’s a good return for any striker.

Rangers are still 2 or 3 light but Danilo and Cifuentes look imminent and should be here for the start of the season which will hopefully add quality in to the first 11.

Challenge for us now is moving others out, squad is a bit top heavy but I expect once the season starts and some guys find themselves in the stands their agents will pick up the pace to find a solution before the end of the window.

Haven't really paid much attention to what Celtic's pre season has looked like but I'm not familiar with anyone who has come in there so not really sure how you are going in to the new season other than Jota will be a big miss.

The back up or at times partner being……

And let’s remember that the mantra from the club is to fare far better in Europe, where our main striker didn’t score, despite having decent chances.

i think our 3 strikers for year are Kyogo, Maeda, and Oh.

i can't see us getting another one.

i think after watching us in the champs league last year though we can agree we were very wasteful up top and that a better striker is required.

what is better though, another edouard?

i'd prefer kyogo to edouard if i'm honest.

Agree that’ll be our striker options.

Don’t think we need a better striker, we just need our strikers to calm down a bit and convert their chances.

composure is a difficult thing to teach, to maeda in particular, he moves with such urgency that his touch is heavy.

At the same time, it's a lot of money for us, never mind spending it on a goalie. Said at the time he was first mentioned, he still seems a tad nervous and prone to getting flustered.

If we get a better keeper? Yes. Hart apparently wants to go to the MLS. He can go in January if we get a decent keeper.

i would too, but can't see us having 4 strikers mate.

hart has been alright, but thats about it.

we can do better, but knowing our luck we will do worse and end up playing bain again

TBF I think we all agree Rangers are scheite.

not everyon mate,

some people wanted them promoted when they were in the second tier.

some people wanted them "back wur they bulong"

not me, they could rot in the fourth tier forever and i would laugh at their schiteness.

I can see the £ sense in replacing Hart in so far as we might get some money back and he probably isn't getting any better now. He has been very good especially starting the quick transitions - I love that.

Said many times, Lurch is in his last contract year. OK he's 35 so it would be a Hart type signing but we'd get him for peanuts, he knows the ropes and he was immense in Europe. He'd do a job. Experience is desirable in the position.

Had hopes for Siegrist but he's looked unsure and his bird is in Oz so should probably go.
