Joe Wildsmith continues in goal despite his error against Charlton in midweek with Ward, Curtis Nelson, Sonny Bradley and Eiran Cashin making up the back four.

The two holding midfielders are expected to be Ebou Adams and Max Bird although Warne will be able to call on Conor Hourihane should he wish with Derby's captain on the bench after a minor hamstring issue.

The attacking trio behind striker Dwight Gayle are Nathaniel Mendez-Laing on the left, Tom Barkhuizen on the right with Sibley expected to play the number 10 role.

Because he’s worried about little Port Vale rather than let them worry about us.

Mmm.....Vs Port Vale I'd have Sibley as an attacking LB and Nelson and Cashin as part of our central defence. If Smith isn't injured then he'd be RB, happy for Ward to be given a chance at RB after his 'mare performances.
