Like choosing between a Ferrari or a Lamborghini.
Two quality players, I have a tiny percentage preference for Fodens style of play.
England lucky to have this level of quality. Starting attack in the summer surely has to be:
—————-Kane
Foden__Bellingham__Saka

All of this.
If I HAD to pick, I’d probably go Saka but that’s because he’ll be a great replacement for Salah
Foden against a low block. Saka against a high press

That front line is pure seeex. To think Maddison, Grealish, Bowen, Sterling (much better for England) Watkins, Toney can all come into that line up as well.
Then Rice, Stones, Walker, Trent, James, Chilwell.
Shame it’s faaacking Southgate as at worst we have the second best squad in European football currently and a kind group stage draw that we will pizz through.

Spot on.
I just don’t trust Southgate enough to do this, he doesn’t have the minerals or capabilities
Saka’s the better player.
Gordon — Kane — Salah
Foden — Rice — Bellingham
Would be mine atm. Maybe Grealish for Gordon, but it’s bad that Shaw is out. Don’t particularly like Chilwell as a LB
At least there's no Saka vs Sancho debates anymore
Garnacho is better than both

Forgot about Gordon, another top player, been superb at Newcastle.
Has to be Southgates last tournament if we don’t make the final at least - he has the players

. Garnacho should be compared with the likes of Harvey Elliott and Koumas
Nearly impossible imo to separate them? if I HAD to pick one 'd likely go with Foden, just like his all round game but Saka is superb as well.
As for England you're kinda spoiled for choice front line and attacking midfield wise, Southgate has some big choices to make
Foden has an x factor about him. Seems more consistent too.

Garnacho is younger. Is first choice for the biggest club in the world. Scored the best goal in PL history in his full debut season. Just English media bias telling you Foden and Saka are better when neither are guaranteed starters for smaller PL clubs.

Surprised EtH didn’t play Garnacho yesterday actually. Is he injured?
Garnacho is a good young player who stands out in an absolutely dogshiiiiit team. He’s not even in the conversation when comparing Saka and Foden though.
To answer the OP I’d probably have Foden at the minute over Saka. I actually expect Maddison to start though.
Foden is having a great season but Saka is the better player
Saka
carries more of a load at arsenal rather than just getting to be a tertiary option for them, more consistent.
from an England perspective Saka has also been much better for us
Think this generation of England players is being wasted on Southgate.
Both high quality players.
Foden is definitely the best player in the league at the moment. Unless Saka scores tonight. Or Salah scores next week. Or De Bruyne gets an assist. Or Haaland scores another hatrick. Or Rodri does a tackle. Or Van Dijk keeps a clean sheet.
