She was a terrible snooker player
I didn't realise we were venturing beyond snooker....Gaby was pretty much in a league of her own
I will go Wilson 17-9, Bingham 17-11...................
Potentially 33 frames of Jack Jones

I was very frustrated yesterday so didn't end up posting hence my meltdown. I still am very annoyed but I can't really be silent for the rest of the tournament especially as we are at the semi final stage. Fair play to the people on here that handle defeats a lot better then me.

Welcome back mate... Just enjoy stress free snooker now...

After Parrott’s World and UK double in 1991, I don’t remember him playing at all well in the UK. Up until that point, he was very good.
I’m pretty sure he never even reached a World semi after 1991 and don’t remember him doing anything in the Masters or UK after 1992.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
think Parrott was a top player only for a few years really
i actually met Parrott in the early-mid 80s before he became famous
he used to play golf alot at Bowring Park golf course in Liverpool & went to the nearby Derby Lodge hotel afterwards with his uncle. I believe John lived nearby in those days.
My Dad worked at that hotel and I remember meeting a v young John Parrott there a few times
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Parrott's prime years we're 89 - 92, was top 4 for longer,

Lol, to be fair, if Reanne was born in 1984, I would give it to her

steady on old chap

Where is Seema 💓😏
Yes Seema always makes the Worlds better ❤️
Meanwhile... At the snooker.. 2-2...
Vintage world championship on YouTube of a QF between Parrott & Jimmy White from 1987, the famous year of the blue Embassy branding...
I'd like Gilbert to win it or Jak Jones but realistically I can't see either winning it but you never know!
Dave playing well, can't see past Bingham really...
My money has gone on Wilson..........
Kyren must win...
If Jak Jones gets to the final, I might need to slap myself a few times.
Bingham being a 2 time champion just doesn't feel right at all. He had his moment in 2015, he done well at the Crucible and has padded out his career, but 2 time champ, that would be a nightmare really
Dave Gilbert could you imagine this guy in the final, he might not even play a shot as he would be blubbing the whole time...
Even Kyren is not the best option as a man that struggles to grow a goatee shouldn't really be champ, but it's at least better than others.
That was terrific.
Well played lads <appplause>
Missed the 12th red. 4-4.
Missed all the action this afternoon. I see it's 4-4.

Yes
Come on Jak this evening!
Behave Arsenal, Jak needs to be put into his place...
I don't mind him that much. His style of play can be a bit slow and I'm devastated he beat Judd but he did play very well and I do generally support the underdogs as soon as my favourite players are out.

I see Ronnie is up to his usual enlightening interviews. I am sure there are 500000 good reasons to keep playing at the WCs............
I thought at the time Ronnie was out of order to the ref when he told her to chill out, but I hadn't realised she'd told him to get on with it after about 20 seconds.
What a frigging cheek!!!
