I so wanted ETH to succeed and I'd love it if he proved me wrong and turned it around. The realist in me though accepts this is very unlikely to happen so it's time for a new manager.

He'll leave with my best wishes and I hope he has success where he goes next. I've no doubt he's tried his best, and that he's handled the off field stuff well, but if you can't set up a team for PL football then it's time to go.

Not sure about the logic of Ten Hag deserving to manage the final as he got us there. We have to try and win the final and if the players have downed tools on the guy it’s pointless to keep him there and get humiliated by City.

We may well lose whoever is in charge but a manager who can get a short term boost from the players is our best bet of getting something from the game or else we’re looking at the ultimate humiliation.

Tellingly at the end of the game against Palace the players went over to the great away fans but Ten Hag went straight to the dressing room and ignored the fans. That shows where his head is at now.

I thougnt Amad Diallo got us to the final

Well actually no this is complete and utter BS as I made a lot.of noise about how badly I wanted ETH to follow Ole.

So that doesn't really match up with someone who just wants to be right all the time does it? I wasn't right at all on this manager. I was totally wrong and admitted defeat on that in December.

Some people are just having a hard time to admit they are wrong.
