Not sure about the logic of Ten Hag deserving to manage the final as he got us there. We have to try and win the final and if the players have downed tools on the guy it’s pointless to keep him there and get humiliated by City.
We may well lose whoever is in charge but a manager who can get a short term boost from the players is our best bet of getting something from the game or else we’re looking at the ultimate humiliation.

If ETH gets the sack before the cup final and he really should, then the only option would be McLaren to be honest.

This is the first time Plumpy has said he'd understand if he was sacked. As I said this is not Coherent with everything he's been saying to me for the last few months. I don't know how many other ways I can explain that to you without being called Pompous.

I am not backing any horse. I am just pointing out how much your brain malfunctions.

My brain is perfectly fine as I keep telling you. Unlike some of you simpletons I saw it coming a mile off. I wasn't alone either.
When he's sacked in 3 weeks time.....I won't even bother with the I told you so.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why does every attempt at a conversation with you about ETH turn into this?
It sounds like you're more interested in being 'right' than anything else.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And by the way, you are 'right' because you generally have incredibly knee-jerk opinions and jump wildly from one extreme from the other. Within the space of about 6 months, you went from thinking the sun shone out of ETH's backside to wanting him fired.
Which is fine - you're allowed to change your opinion as much as you want. But to then go around all day gloating about being 'right' is pretty facking mental behaviour.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well actually no this is complete and utter BS as I made a lot.of noise about how badly I wanted ETH to follow Ole.
So that doesn't really match up with someone who just wants to be right all the time does it? I wasn't right at all on this manager. I was totally wrong and admitted defeat on that in December.
Some people are just having a hard time to admit they are wrong.

Fair enough
Do you want him out irrespective of change of structure? Or would you be willing to give him another chance under a DoF and Technical Director / overhauled squad?
Ive got no axe to grind here apart from Plumpy filtering me because he wont admit he was once Plumpy who was so desperate to see the then United manager sacked he got banned for having a melt down when United won at Spurs and called out some of us as Peados. Nice.
So. TBF to SE85, this is the first time Plumpy has mentioned circumstances where he would accept that TH was sacked. Before it was no, never, not going to happen hes going nowhere and you are all thick if you cant see why he will see out his contract. I think its because he has realised how many United fans are TH out these days.
So he IS backtracking right now. If it actually matters.

We need to get Sir Alex back for these last few matches.
I'm really surprised there are any ETH supporters left amongst the fan base. Even if you were to accept that problems at board level/recruitment are large, who has really improved under his watch? Even players that played under him before have been dreadful. He discarded De Gea and replaced him with Onana for big money, a ball playing goalkeeper who now has been told to go long like an old fashioned keeper. There's such muddled thinking from top to bottom. Buying a keeper to play out from the back only to tell him to go long is not the fault of the owners. To shield ETH from the current problems is absolutely bonkers as far as I'm concerned, and I'm an impartial observer.

Who is he to play short to? Defenders? What defenders and midfielders? What midfielders?
We are long way off from being considered a possession based team, moreso than ETH most probably anticipated so has abandoned, not completely, but mostly to play out short from the back.
Saying all this, Onana's range of passing is very good especially when going long.
So he IS backtracking right now. If it actually matters.
...............
Surely that was the purpose. To get him to backtrack. No one should have an issue with anyone who genuinely backtracks on a former opinion.
It is far more preferable to someone who keeps doubling down on stupidity.

Saying all this, Onana's range of passing is very good especially when going long.

...............
Surely that was the purpose. To get him to backtrack. No one should have an issue with anyone who genuinely backtracks on a former opinion.
It is far more preferable to someone who keeps doubling down on stupidity.

If ETH goes, what exactly do YOU gain and what do I lose?
NOTHING
If ETH stays what exactly do YOU lose and what do I gain?
NOTHING

I fear for SE85's mental health. He's been unhinged for quite some time now. Leave him alone.
