In an era where Klopp is not managing Liverpool, City’s pre season title odds would be much shorter than that.

I think they were 2/5 at the start of this season when Klopp was still around

Id say not unless its proven refs have been bribed or on the oayroll of certain clubs but then again we know prem refs are employed in the middle east by the same states that own a couple of prem teams?
