Poch started to get things looking better once he started getting his squad back together.

I’ve always sat on the fence on this one… but what made me more ETH in was not so much the performance or the win but the way the players celebrated with and showed a camaraderie with ETH in the final game at OT and at Wembley. I think a lot of these players believe in him
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Call me cynical, but i think the players were just generally happy and celebrating. Don't get me wrong, i don't think any of them hate him or anything like that, but do they really warm to him or truly believe in him. General performances suggest not.
To me, it was just a natural reaction to winning

Cup finals are perfect opportunities for players who don’t usually make the effort required to turn up and get their medals. If they were that committed against Bournemouth at home and West Ham away maybe Ten Hag wouldn’t be sweating on his job
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Was the team that played those two teams the same as yesterday's?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Does it need to be? The managers job is to get any combination of players in the squad who are out on the pitch to approach the game with the right attitude and drive and tactical instruction. If he has to rely on a very specific set of 11 players in his squad to succeed then he’s not the guy for us as in 2024 injuries to key players are happening more than ever and it’s very much a squad game.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why do you want Pochettino then, if that’s the case?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Because he showed at Chelsea he could deal with an injury crisis and start to make the side look competent and with an exciting style of football. I don’t think any of us can see signs of that happening with another year of HagBall
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No he didn’t. Chelsea were a mess for most of the season when they had injury problems. Once it became somewhat manageable they improved.

It’s so dumb to dismiss the impact of our injury crisis. Liverpool lost a few centre backs and went from champions to scraping top four.

True but I swear Liverpool's first 11 was brilliant yet their subs bench was pretty poor in comparison

They had to play Henderson and Fabinho in defence at one stage. If a team as good as Liverpool suffer massively due to injuries, what do you think is going to happen to a team with lesser players?
