Absolutely heartbreaking and terrifying. We are lucky that we have so few of these kinds of attacks over here and also that we don't have guns readily available. Imagine what it must be like bringing up kids in the US.

However singing songs, holding hands and doing nothing whatsoever is not going to make the issue go away either. It's going to happen again in other towns and cities. We shouldn't just have to accept this is the new normal like they do in the States with shootings.

Things need to change in this country and it's going to upset some folk but you know what......I'd rather upset a few people with random stop and searches etc than see little kids get stabbed again.
