Shame we lost but those are the breaks.

Win on Friday and it'll be forgotten about. We need to start the season on a positive note.

We had higher XG than Man City in all 3 Wembley meetings and comfortably as well and only won 1.😂

Rashford will be starting upfront next Friday too. We don't have Hojlund and Zirkzee hasn't had a single minute in pre season yet so no chance he starts.

So it's Garnacho Rashford Amad at least for MD1 and possibly MD2 as well.

Yes, Garnacho too misses chances, but not as many, and even when he misses chances, he creates others for his teammates. He also works hard and gets on the opponent’s nerves (Bernardo Silva was booked today because of him).

At least Bencho's consistent with his Wembley penalties

We were the better side for much of the game. Marcus missed a good chance before Nacho converted. Performance was superb at times.

I won't get into who was poor or good as that seems to rise some hackles on here with different opinions but as I saw it we had some great passing and attacking moments, created a fair few chances and most importantly we didn't have 20-30 shots against us, set piece defending was better so all in all not a bad day pens aside, but imo only obvs
