Just offer £20m for Hamer to give us a right laugh please.
He would be an excellent signing but I really want him to wind up Wilder
No way Sheff Utd were ever selling him to us.
My hope was Sallai but looks like that's fading fast.
We;ve made some good signings but that cherry on top would have been fantastic.
The Wilder Wind Up Tour is gold
Leeds United saw a £25m bid accepted for Dinamoo Zagreb’s Martin Baturina but the 21-year-old has rejected the move, according to Sportske Novosti.
Not a clue about who he is btw.

There's absolutely no way. This is just apparently not true.
I'm happy with Tanaka. Think he gives us a slightly more offensive Kamara. Not too expensive too which is good. Hopefully we're talking about a bargain come the end of the season.
Struijk is one of the best defenders in the league. If we'd had him available second half of last season we'd have been promoted, no doubt in my mind. Surefire test of whether someone knows what they're talking about if they rate or don't rate Struijk.
I'd be pretty happy if the window closed with Schmidt signing (don't know much about him which is reminiscent of Ortas first season), but another attacker would be the icing on the cake.

Do you think Struijk's a Premiership footballer?
Wouldn't be surprised if we sign someone totally random who we haven't even been linked to.
Keeping Gnonto will be a big bonus and at least makes up for the lack of icing on the cake Hamer marquee signing which in all likelihood is not going to happen and that bs £25 million bid the club have made for someone most of us haven't heard of is fooling no one when the owners declare on Sept 1st "they twied there vewy best to bring in a marquee signing"...yeah course you did!

Yes, he played 3 season in the prem, and looked good apart from when wrongly played at left back.
Certainly better than Llorente and Koch
And whats this about him being injuring prone 🤷🏻♂️
25 and had just two injuries, one for six weeks and another six months (Groin injury and I think the club got it wrong, tried doing without an operation, and fooked up)
I think after the Swiss lad that will be it, I was hoping for one more attacking option, I hope I am massively surprised later, but Leeds don’t do surprises unless it’s usually outgoings. Hopefully there’s none today.

Ok maybe not too injury prone - but never a Premiership centre-half in a million years.
He’ literally had 3 seasons in the prem.

And like I said, I use this as a way to understand if someone's opinion is well informed. A footballing litmus test, if you will.
I dont get why we are willing to pay 25m for a midfielder yet scoffing at the 16m-18m asking price for Hamer. Signing him weakens our rivals. It makes no sense unless this kid is amazing. Hes 21, I get the feeling hes one for the future. We need more experience!
Last season to this comparison
Rutter > Aaronson
Summerville > Ramazani
Anthony < Solomon
Kamara ? Tanaka
Gray ? Bogle
Cooper < Wober
Cresswell ? Debayo
Spence/Roberts < Schmidt (assuming this happens)
No one < Rothwell
Obviously impossible to sign someone that will improve on Rutter and Summerville.
But think there's plenty of reason to optimistic in the other positions and hopefully we haven't lost too much in attack. I think Joseph will be a big improvement as a regular this season.
Not sure why there's a mass panic over squad size when it looks slightly bigger with the addition of Rothwell?
We are hopefully adding another on top which I don't believe will happen, but a few seem to be wanting us to sign another 3 or 4!

Completely agree. I said pre season we should go after the best teams best players.
Weaken the competition.
Struijk seems a confidence player. He has all the attributes of a top defender, excepting maybe a bit of agility, but struggled badly in our relegation season. Maybe effected by the Elliot incident and the left back experiment. but by the end of that season he was a car crash of Rash decisions and errors. He looked much better last season… but playing in a dominant team at a lower level. How he’d do at prem level again? Jury’s out for me. Be a nice problem to have to find out.
I use my analysis on Struijk as a litmus test. If you don’t agree with it you obviously don’t know football
We should sign hamer. Firstly he’s quality at this level and did ok at prem level. Secondly, watching wilder implode would be worth the outlay in popcorn.
