I would guess that being the incumbent (or vice) was probably the biggest factor against Harris, as it was for Trump in 2020.

It started with Biden's joke campaign, the rushed promotion of Kamala (who was in no way qualified) and not supported by her own party. The arrogance & moral superiority of the Dems drove people to Trump. You may not like his politics (thats OK, Its a free world) but gas prices, groceries, Jobs, Inflation, immigration & crime are things that matter to people. Trump was clear about how he wants to deal with it (who knows whether he will or not) but the outcome has been obvious since the summer (Despite the sugar rush bounce Kamala got when she announced she was running). I can assure you it has nothing to with s8x or race... the numbers and voting trends prove it.

If you don't like it, that's cool, you don't live here. Given last week's Budget you guys have enough to worry about over there.
