Dumfries is decent but I haven't seen him much at Inter. Was mainly PSV. Good at attacking aswell as defending. He chipped in with a goals and assists last season for Inter.

It’s a lot of money but I think Fofana is genuinely special. Just hope we aim at a future Fofana/Colwill pairing if we sign him rather than use Colwill as part of the deal

Tomori and Guehi's sales for around £45m combined looks very silly when you spunk £85m on Fofana.

It's a new owner.

I am hopeful that we do actually assess where there are flaws and look to rectify them.

For instance - not giving contract extensions to duff players who no one wants (just sell and wash your hands) and buy players to suit a playing style and set up

Always rated Tomori highly on how he played for us and Guehi also seemed to be a top player in the making. Those sales were always going to look silly but it never should have been this bad lost the players we chose above them for free

Yeh had to laugh mate how I was reading all the "women should get as much as men", and "the game has improved so much in recent years" blah blah blah just cos England had made a final. Basically this is Sunday League with wigs and I have seen very little improvement I think from a USA Brazil game I caught ~10 years ago

Yup the standard is not very good. And the reason I don't watch it is the same reason that I don't watch non league men's football.

If anyone is watching women's football out of some sense of guilt or feeling that it's sexist not to watch it then more fool you quite frankly.

I happily watch women's UFC and women's boxing because it's entertaining and much of it is a good standard. But not women's football for whatever reason.

If it ever becomes anywhere near as good to watch and as high standard as men's footie then I'll watch it. Until then it's a no from me.

That's it, and ditto everything you say, problem is we are a long ways off because we still don't promote it equally at schools for young girls and still many parents are stuck in the old ways of net ball (or nothing) and pink for girls, Blue and football for boys. With the right backing there is no reason why it shouldn't get close to the men's level, while girls are always playing catch up it will never be close.
