At least they have the EL qualifying rounds to look forward too

Of course, when RVP is talking of trophies, he's talking about the big one, the big daddy of them all, the Worthington Cup

LAL at metro talking to himself about how he has won the argument.
Metro, who currently has a better team? Answer me thus.

"It's all gone quite over there..."
Seriously Metro, I know a lot of Liverpool fans and not one of them would try to claim they'd been more successful in the last few years. Or even last season. If you think you are winding up the Arsenal fans here, think again. It's you who has to come and post an article about our striker possibly leaving to create a debate, and it's you who has to keep claiming victory, because otherwise the only possible conclusion for anyone reading this is that you are the one who has well and truly been WUMmed.
I like Liverpool, I like their fans for the most part, but some of the stuff you've come up with is truly desperate. Arsenal have the bigger, better stadium, the bigger revenues, the better squad, the better youth system, the larger scouting network, the better (and only) manager, and although Liverpool have arguably got a much better boardroom situation, it's going to take a serious amount of time and money to change all the rest.
In my opinion, the league is the true barometer of ability, because you cannot get lucky over 38 games and win it. We have done so numerous times since you last did, and it's the one trophy that really matters. That's why you taunt the Mancs 18-5 for so long and not 5-18. That's why they are so chuffed at winning 19. That's why every pundit tries to predict who will win the league and who will finish where next season, but no-one predicts the cup winners. And in the league we've been consistently better than you (with one or two exceptions) over the last two decades, and at the moment that does not look like changing. Enjoy your Carling Cup.
Any Liverpool fan worth their salt would swap their position for Arsenals.
No Arsenal fan worth their salt would swap their position for Liverpools
Wrong, I can use our last football season
Liverpool 1 trophy
Arsenal zero
Nobody is overstating anything, you're point is ridiculously flawed.
Be it short or long term, Liverpool are winning trophies
We've picked up 4 since your last one so I could have used any number over the last 7 years.
"Come back and debate when you actually have a clue what you're talking about"
There's that irony again. The points against you have been straight-forward and damning.
telling someone they haven't a clue won't save you as the thread is clear indication of your lousy points which have been debunked and mocked with relative ease
---
I'm actually astounded at how wrong you are. You seem to actually believe the rubbish you're spouting and you still showing signs of an inferiority complex. You've dodged my questions, not answered points directly and have just outright lied.
Typical Liverpool fan
Cheers for the effort. Try again harder next time, please.
I will reiterate what i said earlier. Would King Kenny have lost his job, had he just presided over Arsenals season. I don't think he would have.
Have FSG made a mistake in letting him go? I don't think so.

He wouldn't have lost his job?
On our budget he would have probably got us relegated
merrysupersteve, no he wouldn't have lost his job. CL football way more important than Carling cup success.
Even if they had Spurs season he would have probably survived.
Exactly D'Jeezus. They can play up a coca cola cup all they like but the league is actually fairly important. Liverpool failed miserably, accumulating 5 home wins all season. And their manager was duely sacked, by owners who unfortunately are not as deluded as their fans.
Liverpool fans are so blinkered.
It's funny how almost every football agrees what the England squad/ teams SHOULD be, yet the scousers think the team is perfect as it is.
You have to bare in mind that Liverpool are discriminated against and there is a clear agenda against that football club. That's what Luis Suarez claimed in his latest interview anyway.
Might aswell sell him to Liverpool then.
Seriously Metro, I know a lot of Liverpool fans and not one of them would try to claim they'd been more successful in the last few years. Or
.....
So the League cup, the Super Cup, the oldest cup competition in the world...FA cup and the biggest club trophy in the world have all been won since you last lifted anything and you think i'm wrong.
"It's you who has to come and post an article about our striker possibly leaving to create a debate"
Was it??
Looks like your drubbing has led to your confusion. You don't know who has said what, where, why, when... Its pretty dam embarrassing.
"some of the stuff you've come up with is truly desperate"

I'm using trohies, you're using scouting networks???
And you have he audacity to say i'm desperate.
As for Samir,
My point was straight-forward and backed up. Alls you can muster is "try harder next time"
You say that I believe the things I type - well that's not hard when they're facts. Stop trying to worm your way out of this hole.... Actally, its now a crater
Stick the humble pie in your pipe and smoke it
Metro writes a longwinded post again... wound up?
