wrong - you just seen the name Sigurrdson and thought it was more of the same
This one applies logic and theories and questions the solidity of the Spurs board
If it helps, I heard his agent wanted him to join Liverpool but he had hsi heart set on Spurs
Touchy lot these Micky Mousers

It's obvious Liverpool were his first choice, which is why it took him so long to sign for anyone. He was waiting to see if Liverpool agreed to meet his wage demands.
In the end he went for the only club that met his demands for a higher transfer fee and higher wages than had previously been agreed by another club.
Sigurdsson is a Manc too, he will forever be telling the Spurs boys that Roy Caroll is a hero.

I agree, our board can get ridiculous but we'll have to go a long way to be as big a joke as the Liverpool board
the whole of ja606 knows that
Metro - I have a theory, Liverpool offered X amount in wages, Spurs matched this so Sigurdsson decided Spurs was the better option for him. He went to Liverpool to see if they would offer more as that would make him consider them, you said no so he went to Spurs.
Without any evidence of what was offered by any of the clubs involved you are just clutching at straws, and judging by your article there's a lot of straws there to clutch.

Why did BR turn down the Liverpool job at first?
---------------
He wasn't offered the Liverpool job. He was invited to an interview with the understanding so were others. He didn't want that. Seriously, if you're going to have a pop, there are plenty of things you can say. This is just awful.
----------------------------------
To think myself and others spent a week explaining that and there's still fools coming out with it. Unbelievable.

So Rodgers is lying - ?
Is that what you're saying ?
Can someone bring some more straw please.. 'AVB as easy as 123' has clutched the last of them.
I find it funny that Liverpool fans have suddenly become so concerned about wages when they have Joe Cole say on 90k a week! I bet that we have comfortably a smaller wage bill next season than Liverpool.

Liverpool fans how many years have you fools been crying for now?
Seriously man up you are like a crowd of women facking bawling. Its been years now since you've been any way decent move on and get over it. You are single handedly the biggest joke on these boards
idiots
Spurs got Siggurdson
oh fack off
---------------------------------------------
I challenge you to a bet. Liverpool will finish above Spurs this season. If they do, you have to include in your name 'I Love Liverpool FC'. You can come up with my forfeit. Challenge accepted?

-------
Who's concerned ?
Just because we're speaking about them doesn't mean people are 'concerned'
Once again, this article is looking at the role the Spurs board had and why the bent down
My view?
The Spurs tend to pay too much for players who, over time, prove themselves to be only average.
Let's face it, we're not talking about a Scandinavian Messi, Ronaldo (or even Ozil or the White Pele) here are we???
Good luck to the Gylf - another viking raider milkng the WHL cash cow. Who can blame him???
I really don't understand why Pool fans are so upset. With you transfer policy of overhyped, expensive English players, I'm sure Levy will listen to offers for Jenas to sooth your pain.
