so ferguson committing violent assault in front of 45,000 people, countless police officers and then getting punished for it, is the SFA's fault some how???
the ref missed the assault and didnt give a red because this was before the days of fourth officials talking to the ref via microphones etc, but unfortunately for duncan disorderly, the cameras, police and fans didnt.

This is nothing to do with the Suarez case....unless you think justice was served in the end for both players

Always trying to shift blame and focus... to sum up -

Suarez was guilty, Evra was a victim (not LFC and Suarez) and John Terry was innocent.

What Duncan Ferguson did was a long time ago, and has nothing to do with anything in regards to the recent racism cases.

None of us know him off the field, so in that regard we're unable to comment, however in regards to his behavior on the field he disgusts me and many. many fans around the country.

Yes, it's quite clear in the FA documentation. He changed his mind a number of times, even changed the wording that he said suarez used.

I don't know enough about suarez to make a judgement. I left in the good hands of the fa. And they said he had been a naughty boy....poor evidence pointed towards a liar

yes, he told everyone, their mum and their auntie that Suarez called him a nig&er. It's in the report. He changed his story later.

And he told that lie over and over again so Suarez would get punished. Or he's pathological. Neither is a good reason.

Yes we can. Evra was quoted saying that he hated the word n****r and never uses it. You Tube footage later emerged with Evra using the word n****r. What he said to the panel, about never using that word, was a lie.

Evra said to Ferguson and the ref that Suarez had called him a n****r, straight after the match. He changed his story when giving his testimony. This brings me onto something interesting that I read in the 12 page summary of the Terry case.

The magistrate was saying that testimony given in a statement straight after an event is the most reliable, as it's fresh in the memory and recall is most efficient. He also said that testimony given later on can be inaccurate and the person can persuade them-self that this testimony is true. If you need to know more look up something called eyewitness testimony.

Doesn't this, given Evra's constantly changing story, cast doubt on his version of events. He couldn't even give consistent evidence with the aid of a video, to assist his memory.

Also, In a previous case Evra was accused by the FA panel of giving 'unreliable and exaggerated' evidence.
