My prediction stays the same:
1. United
2. Chelsea
3. City
4. Arsenal
Fatty, Spurs sold their two best players and brought... Fulham's two best players
I think Arsenal will get 4th relatively comfortably, maybe 5 or 6 points ahead of Spurs, but it all depends on how things pan out. Spurs will definitely get 5th, Chelsea are nailed on third and I think United will nick the title this year. To me, they have strengthened more than City.
Liverpool and Newcastle are just a little bit behind us and Spurs IMO, 6th and 7th for those two. No shaking up of the top, I can't see Spurs clicking for a while under AVB (although they have a very good squad on paper).
So my prediction is:
United, City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs, Newcastle, Liverpool. In that order.
Saint
How can you in one sentence say ''Arsenal are getting relegated...'' to then predict us to finish 4th?
Saint spouting BS again. Go and cry about how you should have signed Llorente because he's the best striker in Europe
I think United, City and Chelsea will be the top 3 in that order.
4th place is so tough to predict because I honestly believe none of the challengers are in good shape at all.
Spurs could be in transition will all the changes to the club, I really think Arsenal will struggle badly to break teams down, Newcastle look like a team that's had their season last year, Liverpool are in transition. I think the points tally for the 4th placed side will be low enough to possibly drag Everton into the mix.
In that order.
What just in case someone thought it was liverpool's year?
Spurs offered Jenas to City, that was thoughtful of them.
"1. United
2. Chelsea
3. City
4. Arsenal"
I would honestly be shocked if the league ended up like that RVP. I cannot see Chelsea getting 2nd from either City or United without strengthening their defence. I also still, regardless of the end of last season, have doubts about Di Matteo.

It's tiresome to say Arsenal won't finish in the top 4, as long as Wenger's there they'll do it. But they badly need strengthening in attack.
I maintain my predictions.
Top four of City, United, Chelsea and Arsenal. With Everton fifth.
I was only wumming Melton, Boris seems to think we'll be falling down to 3rd for some reason. It's obviously a Manchester club top 2, but I have no idea what order. You haven't added depth to your defence, who'll you rely on when Kompany is out?
Why's it tiresome, it's what a lot of people including myself genuinely think.

Falcao is a world class forward but Chelsea were dreadful yesterday. His second goal was genius though
I'd be surprised if he stays at Atl. Madrid for the rest of his career, he's way too good for them.

''I'd be surprised if Arsenal fell out''
I wouldn't. I'm still in shock as to how we finished 3rd last season, that was arguably one of our worst squads in the Premier League era and we didn't deserve to finish 3rd.
There's only so long that we can keep finishing 3rd/4th. I actually forgot about Everton too - Everton, Spurs, Liverpool and Newcastle have all improved a lot whereas we're stagnating. Teams around us are catching up and are determined to progress which is why I wouldn't be surprised if we finished anywhere from 4th to 7th.
I honestly can't see spurs in 4th place, their squad is so weak they might start well but they'll burn out by february or march

Be honest, after Arsenal's woeful transfer window last year and terrible start to the season did you think they'll finish in the top 3 let alone top 4?
and we didn't deserve to finish 3rd.
That's crap, the league tells the truth and after 38 games every team deserve to finish where they are.
So you think they'll improve without RvP and Song?
Samir how did Spurs strengthen? They've sold their two best players. They are lacking a deep lying playmaker.
Had they signed Moutinho, then they would have strengthened but they havent.

So you think they'll improve without RvP and Song?
They've lost their best players every single year, Cesc was a much better leader and player for their side and they finished 3rd without him. I don't know how a painfully average player like Song will change anything with that, and as for RVP they do miss him but Wenger will still find a way to finish in the top 4 without him.
Arsenal have come within a plate of bad lasagne from dropping out and are infamous for collapses at some point in the season.
I still think they'll get 4th but I think the attitude that just because Wenger is there that it can't happen a bit foolish.
They were called a one man team last season and he left.
I think Nastasic is a good signing for us RVP. The defence could be the issue for both of us this season, if you lose Vidic again or he doesn't retain the form he had before his injury, I think that could affect you guys as much as if we lost Kompany.
I think we are both going for the philosophy of scoring more goals though!
