The title race is gonna be really tight again next year. Kagawa IMO is gonna be one of the best in the league so United will be right up there. Hazard could be THE best in the league and could help Chelsea win it but I'm not sure if RDM will be successful over a whole season, City will always be there.

If we sign Cazorla, we'll put up a light-hearted challenge imo.

I'll reserve judgement on both Hazard and Kagawa until I've actually seen how they perform in the PL.

By all means, feel free to do that but there's no denying that they're both world class players who will set the league alight if they play at their best.

WHOOOOAAA!! horsey

world class?

both are fantastic prospects proven in 2nd tier leagues.

You may end up being right but you might be a little ahead of yourself there

German league isn't exactly second tier.

No but dzeko was top scorer in the German top division he hasn't replicated that in the prem.

World class is overused as a term.

posted on 1/8/12

is that to do with Dzeko or your style of play though?

2nd tier leagues? Are you joking?

Bundesliga is just as good if not better than the PL in terms of quality.

OK the french league isn't the best but what Hazard has been doing their at such a young age is nothing short of incredible. He's a fantastic player and already world-class/very close to world-class.

we've got different definitions of world class I guess

I would disagree with that just on the basis that PL teams are always there or there abouts in the later stages of the CL. Also we don't have a Winter Break.

I think they're both signings that any club would be very happy about.

Just seen so many future stars, saviours and jigsaw pieces end up fading away, wasting talent or not settling over the years.

I've had a disagreement today over that. I don't think the Bundesliga is that good. Every game has several comedy errors, I find myself laughing more than applauding. It's well run, with some good technical ability, but it's way behind the EPL for quality.

Once..

The day Spurs' finish in top4 and qualify for CL is the day pigs fly in north London.

Somehow they managed in the previous season with the help from a borrowed striker..

I didn't see Spurs thank Villa about Kyle Walker, where exactly did he make his name? When he was loaned out to Villa! Didn't he get his first call up for England whilst at Villa. And, we get zero thanks from the dump team from North London.

Villa should really thank Spurs for letting them have Walker for a year. To say he made his name at Villa is a bit of a stretch, and quite frankly disrespectful to Sheffield United who nurtured him.

He also had a great first half of the season at QPR - 4mths in an average Villa side is never going to make anyone's name.

We let you have Hutton didn't we? I'm not sure why you are grumbling

We lend you the only decent player you had & you think we should thank you!

You two are as deluded as each other. We don't need to say thanks to your lot. We thank, sheff utd for sure, they built him, but when it came to Walker going to that next level, clearly Spurs couldn't do it. So, you sent him our way and we helped to that level. He got an England call-up, went back to Spurs, won the young PFA award and you lot take the plaudits

posted on 3/8/12

We sent him on loan for a yr just to get more first team football and experience, the intention was always to bring him in after that

We knew at Villa he would get a lot of defending to do, so a good place to send him

You should all thank Moyes for uncovering walker and naughton

I'll thank Everton for selling our nemesis, Tim Cahill.

Walker has stated himself that he wants to be the best in the world and he stays behind after trainning just to learn more

If only more English players had that attitude
