I don't, im not slating RDM but i think if he was incharge from the start of the FA cup and Champions league competitions i personally don't think Chelsea would have won them.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Based on what exactly ?

---------------------------------------------------------------

the negative tactics he has displayed in pretty much every game he was in charge of last season.

It worked for the few games he was in charge of, but over a season im not so sure. Only time will tell.

I think John Terry will be a much improved, and mature manager this year.

Just to make my point clear, chelsea have great players, even more so with there new signings, but im not convinced about RDM

----------------------------------------------------------

That´s ok I´m not convinced by AVB after his flop season at Chelsea

Fair enough, like i said only time will tell

So far (transfer window isn't over yet) I'd say:

United
City
Chelsea
Arsenal

We've signed Kagawa and got our captain and best defender back fit. So we've definitely improved from last season with those two. So far City have stood still. So far being the key there.

However.....If the Sheik opens his cheque book then the top two could easily be reversed.

Either way I think it'll be just as close between United and City again and Chelsea will be much much closer too.

The way teams ended last season must have some bearing on the new season.

City made up an 8 point defecit.

United lost an 8 point lead in the last 4 weeks of the season.

Arsenal finished well but they will probably lose RVP.

Chelsea realised they weren't going to win the league so they concentrated on the 2 cups which they won.

Spurs played well enough to finish 3rd for 85% of the season and they won't have the distraction of Arry this time round.

That´s a very stereotypical and frankly incorrect view you have.

We were negative in the CL semis and CL Final but apart from that we played some adventurous football under DiMatteo last season.

If you´d watched our 5-1 demolition of Spurs in the FA Cup Final and 4-1 battering of Napoli in the Champions League you would know that.

Really?

That's almost as bad as Mark Bright who predicted Liverpool as League Champions last season.

Yup it sure will. Sacking Harry Redknapp to bring in AVB might be the biggest mistake Spurs ever made.

Good luck with that high defensive line.´

You are fully entitled to your opinion. I´m merely presenting you with the evidence that shows that your opinion really isn´t up to much.

But feel free to carry on with your opinion. It´s a free world.

Straight fight between City, and Chelsea.
Based solely on the fact of the money they have spent, and will spend, as I don't rate either of their managers as having any real talent.
United to come third, with the rest, (Liverpool, Arsenal, Spurs) squabbling over 4th place.
