Anyway, it's much better being joint top rather than joint bottom going into Autumn

We'll have to wait four weeks fo that though won't we

That would be the noble thing to do.

Don't worry lads, get a point against Fulham and Bet Fred will be paying out while Rio tweets about how United always bounce back.

Fellaini

1 completed tackle.
6 fouls
9/14 aerial duels won.

Yes but that isn't including the elbow to De Gea and Carrick, the lunge on Nani. He got away with putting himself about last night, for things Utd players were getting decisions against them for.

Valencia

I love Sir Alex but even I can admit that he is far from the most gracious loser. I wouldn't change him as his feisty style has done wonders for us but he is not in any way a good loser.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Again, in front of the media he is not a good loser.
But i remember reading in Neville's book that he is always the first one to congratulate the opposition manager when we loose to them.
But that is done in person, not via media.
------------------------------------

Rubbish. He regularly gives credit to the opposition teams and managers. You just have to have the brains to go and have a look for the full interview rather than the edited version or the selective quotes that they use in the papers.

I suggest you go and have a look at the games that we lost last season and then search for the full interviews that SAF has given. You will find on almost every occasion that he gives the opposition any deserved credit.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

U got me wrong.
I am just saying that even when people think that SAF has just criticised the opposition team(weather its full interview or not), he more often than not does so in person anyway and also personally congratulates any team that defeats us.

A bit presumtious to suggest United will be battling it out with Chelsea, you're battling it out with Wigan and QPR at the moment.

i dunno why nobody just took fellani out last night..

That means we will be underdogs. On the other hand, United have won 8 of their last 10 games at Goodison so surely it should have been a breeze.

'Don't argue with idiots, they will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience'

I think the City fans fit the 'idiot' category quite appropriately.

Greg, when you do say you would "destroy" him, by what method would this destruction take place?

I was saying this last night, why doesn't Vidic or Carrick just go straight through him. They certainly weren't holding back, the only person getting in there was Scholes.

That stat was quoted twice on TV last night, blame them if it's incorrect.
