Why can't you see that. Dortmund will lose Lewand next summer. If they gave a promise to Hummels that he could leave the club and they let him go do you think they are interested to sell the next key player with no need?

Oh you brought Gündogan in. He could be sold next summer too. His current contract ends in 2015. So next summer he could be one year left on his contract and maybe Gündogan looking elswhere too. So Reus....I cant see that.

Sorry, i the rush to comment before my boss walked by, i didn't make the point clearly.

Under "normal" season transfers, those required for seasonal maintenance and improvements, we only need £40m max. But before that, we need some exceptional signings at exceptional transfer fees.

Its 'functional' humour. To be fair gt is right about our snotty attitude towards Germans.

Of course mate. It was a victory for Mertesacker as well who got a rest on the bench. Very happy for him. The German media dont like him and prefers Hummels but the game against Sweden showed that we need him.
