Really, people believe this was a controlled explosion? People need to look at how the building was designed and how the temperature of the fires weakened the steel structure. No need for them to be melted, just depending on size and shape factor enough to buckle under the loads placed on them

A good example. Metro claims that the US Government had left the Eastern Seaboard defenceless.

This is easilly debunked. I know of at least one US Air Force base that definately had Aircraft in the air that day.

I believe that Oswald acted alone.

I think these points have already been made by other posts. Oswald was an expert marksman, he seldom missed his target. All sniper rifles are bolt action. Oswald fired 3 shots over a period of 8 secs. During the First World War, the standard fire rate for British infantry was 15 aimed shots every minute using standard Lee Enfield 303 bolt action rifles.

Jack Ruby did not have a clue about Oswald being in the police station that day. He was there due to a set of circumstances totally unplanned. One of his dancing girls asked Ruby to wire her some money to pay her rent. He took his pet dog along to American Express and queued up to wire The money.

That's the thing though. There's no one coherent conspiracy in any of these things, just a load of lonely, intellectually malnourished maniacs looking for an argument and contradicting each other in the process.

Regarding the JFK assassination it's pretty clear that the Lee Harvey Oswald theory is the conspiracy and the grassy knoll theory is what actually happened.

The trajectory of JFK's body after the impact of the bullet was clearly caused by a shot from his right rather than from the book depository behind him.

I also think just because someone has an alternate theory on a version of events (not just huge events) doesn't mean they're a loon or a whacko.

The likes of Pythagoras, Magellan and Archimedes were deemed "crazy" in their day but were proved to be on the money.

But I've never seen an interview with Pythagoras, Magellan or Archimedes. The people I've seen talking about 9/11 and 7/7 conspiracies look like there's nothing behind their eyes other than a desperate yearning to be listened to by somebody, anybody.
