oh yeah I also forgot metro that the address for the marcano rifle was the same address as the revolver found on Oswald when he was arrested
You listed 9 things that “cannot be disputed” , and I pointed out that at least 6 of them have been disputed, (1, 4, 5, 6,7, 9)
=========
1) he was an excellent shooter in the marines
he had received a sharpshooter based on his records
4) the head wound was at the back of the head
http://www.awesomestories.com/assets/jfk-entry-wound-fatal-shot
5) Oswald was the only employee at the book depository that was missing after the assassination
how can this be disputed? he was in the cinema over 40 mins after the assassination where he was arrested!
6) Oswald as identified as the man killing J D tippit
witnesses confirmed this.
7) rifle that killed kennedy was a 6.5 mm carcan, which lee Harvey Oswald owned and was shown to be missing from his garage when the police searched the house.
ruth paige testified to this. Wesley frazier who drove Oswald to work saw a long package
9) the cartridge cases in tippit's murder matched the same revolver as Oswald had in his possession in the cinema
how has this been disputed?

because I don’t know enough about it, and there’s already miles of print out there detailing these arguments.

you've just proven yourself correct!
actually this proved me correct.
.....
So I produce countless references and quotes to support my stance and you think it proved you correct
You also say I forgot to mention about Kennedys head movement. Let's not judge frames - watch the footage in real time.
You'll also notice that the two shots on Kennedy had two very different outcomes. One was a clean shot the other exploded on impact
So I produce countless references and quotes to support my stance and you think it proved you correct
====
yes ie a quote from a naval officer referring to Oswald's ability to shoot-Oswald was in the marines
====
You also say I forgot to mention about Kennedys head movement. Let's not judge frames - watch the footage in real time.

His head moved forward at the impact of the third shot- this is fact.

You'll also notice that the two shots on Kennedy had two very different outcomes. One was a clean shot the other exploded on impact

have a think about the second and third shot and maybe you'll come up with the answer
oh and by the way. I showed a photograph of the bullet entry wound at the BACK of the head! another fact. right, now that I have debunked your facts I'll ask you again to try and answer my questions as per above
5) Oswald was the only employee at the book depository that was missing after the assassination
how can this be disputed? he was in the cinema over 40 mins after the assassination where he was arrested!

Well done, Joely, for deducing that he must have left the building if he was arrested 3 miles from it....you’re some sleuth. Unfortunately, your ‘undisputable’ fact is that he was the ONLY employee that was missing from the Book Depository, and this has definitely been disputed.
Carolyn Arnold signed a witness statement to say that she left the building at 12:25pm to watch the motorcade with a group of work colleagues, and did not return to the building that day. A number of other witnesses (eg. Charles Gavin) testiied that there was no roll-call at the Book Depository, and that they were, in fact, told to go home (which corroborates Oswald’s own testimony).
The problem with trying to have an argument for its own sake, Joely, is that you end up quoting witnesses who do not, in fact, support your view. Buell Wesley Frazier, for example, is still sceptical of the official story to this day, and while he did say that Oswald was carrying a package when he gave him a lift to work on the day, he also swears that it was not big enough to contain a rifle (even in a disassembled state).
All I’ve said, Joely, is that many of your ‘indisputable’ facts have in fact been widely disputed, and you can verify this by Googling them., or by noting the 100’s of books that have been written to dispute them.
I have not said that I support any of these alternative views, yet you’re still looking for an argument about them. The fact that you cannot imagine how something might be disputed does not mean that it wasn’t.
what film was he watching?
what film was he watching?

I think it was "War is Hell", featuring Audy Murphy
The only reason he resisted arrest was because he wanted to see the end of the film

Yeah the C.I.A are trustful lot are'nt they.
Wow Kemlyn, that sure sent him packing
His first 'undisputable' fact was his shooting ability which i then responded to with relevant sources making them 'disputable'
Now you've done the same
I dont think he'll show his face any time soon. He needs to understand just what facts are
.......Oh Joely, where art thou Joely

you need to read the above paragraph again. You claimed they were told to go home. Oswald was not there "to be told home". You are correct when you state there was no roll call. According to Oswald's supervisor Roy Truly "I noticed some of my boys
were over in the west corner of the shipping department, and there were
several officers over there taking their names and addresses, and so forth.
"There were other officers in other parts of the building taking other employees, like office people's names. I noticed that Lee Oswald was not
among these boys" When questioned about Charles Givens ""He wasn't in the building
at the time. He was downtown somewhere. "Givens indicated the building was
sealed off by the time he returned, and the officer wouldn't let him enter" so it is quite clear that Oswald was indeed the only employee that had not been accounted for who had been in the building at the time of the assassination... this was the basis of the radio call to JD Tippit describing Oswald.
now let me move onto metro..
erm his marine records show he was more than capable of shooting the president. his target was more than twice the distance than that of president kennedy. you stated that the head shot could not have come from behind...I showed you photographs of the bullet wound at the back of the skull and a video clip of the head moving FOWARD NOT BACKWARDS at the impact of the third shot. now since I countered your arguments with relative ease metro I want you to dispute the other facts since the other two facts ie his shooting record and Oswald being missing are not disputable...ill repeat them again!
