"United, mata being the prey."
Agree with you on that. He'll feel like a victim when he's played on the flank and is told to do an impression of Park Ji Sung.

Ah. Park Ji Sung. One of a list of average players who just love scoring against Arsenal.

When Park played agsinst Arsenal or Chelsea he just transformed into an all action, goal scoring machine

Anyone got a spare quid to pop in the slot?
Park was actually a good player.
He was. He wasn't flashy or eyecatching but he never ever let the team down. But he did seem to find a truely world class level against you guys and Chelsea. 50% of his goals must have come against those two teams. Was incredible, given that goal scorinf was more a bonus than an attribute in how he played.
Do United fans still think Kagawa is better than Mata? Just curious. ; )
Deluded clowns. Any player that joins em or plays for them is better than opposition team players.

Now they are both at United, we know that they are both better than each other. Obviously.
I do remember that debate, we had the same with Liverpool fans when Rafa and Jose signed at the same time.

You do see the irony in that comment....................don't you dubbed?
Of course Hazard is better than both of them : )
Its so close between those two I think Mata's overall passing game is better but Ozil is the best at short triangle passing.
Shooting I would say again close but Mata is just a shade ahead. I know Ozil is very good at shooting but rarely does it.
Mata's pace I think puts him far ahead of Ozil in terms of physicality and presence in the opposition half
I think Mata is better and United got a better deal especially considering you poached him from a PL rival.
I never actually got involved in a Mata and Kagawa debate. I remember a Hazard and Kagawa debate. I thiught they were both very good players but Hazard had the potential to progress. And he really has.
The thing is, as stupid as it sounds now, Kagawa was fantastic for Dortmund and I fully expected him to replicate it for United but it just hasn't happened as yet. But his agent is adamant that he will stay and hopefully he will brnefit from having Mata alongside him, should they play together. The talent is undoubted but unfortunately it just hasn't happened for him as yet

Here fishy fishy fishy, here fishy..........
Cazorla and Mata would be a better debate tbh.
As would Ozil and Silva.
IMO:
Silva > Ozil > Cazorla > Mata.
Silva is quality but he tends to go missing for 2 or 3 months at a time. Frankly, I am just pleased we have a player who features in such an argument!!! Long time coming.

No guarantees mata will be a success at united like he was at chelsea(before jose)
Just like ozil hasn't performed yet for arsenal as he did madrid, same with kagawa who tbf has been a huge disappointment, so the original question is redundant.
Kagawa isn't as technically gifted as those players Earl.
He's still a good player, but he's more of a runner, and a power-finisher, I like to think Alex Oxlade Chamberlain could develop to be as good as Kagawa is (or was).
Just read Mata's letter, looks like we've found the first openly gay Premier League player.
"Silva > Ozil > Cazorla > Mata."
Seriously? Silva's a top player. But I'd group him alongside the other two Spaniards.
Mata plays for a mid table side, so can't be all that
