I wasBut it was a very poorly researched attempt!

I sincerely hope that you were. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, as I don't think that anybody could be that misinformed. I haven't seen that sort of nonsense from you in the past. Perhaps you should be less obvious next time.

Surprised Moyes went for Mata tbh. Can Mata defend set pieces? No. Is he a potential leg breaker? No. Is he a good player? Yes.

All of those usually play a part in who he signs. You gotta be 6'4, be very bad at the sport of soccerball and have the instinct to injury players

Ramsey is a slower version of Fellaini

Fair enough if that's your view. I don't think it's blatant either as I think Mata is top class, but I do feel Ozil is the better player. Hasn't completely shown his full potential at Arsenal yet, but he has time on his side. He has 5 goals + 10 assists for us already this season and, for someone who didn't even have a pre-season with us and had to go straight into the thick of the action, I think that is pretty good going.

i'd agree with that, Ozil is only going to get better and hopefully Mata can reproduce his form of the last 2 seasons where he was the best AM in the prem

Moyes said yesterday he wants to built an exciting team, because that's the way his teams have always played

Welbeck isn't that bad ffs

It's cool 50. If you were basing your opinion of me on my contributions to this thread, I think you were being kind

My stupidity would never extend to knocking Ozil though. Been a huge fan ever since I first saw him destroy England in the European Under 21 Championship final in 2009 (I think). Even have a Germany top with his name on the back. Somehow feel dirty when I wear it to 5 a side now. Thank God he didn't sign for Liverpool!

Mata is doing a Torres by playing under Moyes. Any other manager would've been fine.

Yeah. Your fans weren't ruing the fact he mugged off Gary Neville when he was showing him around Old Trafford. Just kinda shook his head and was looking at his phone throughout.

Now you have to make do with Fletcher playing as your playmaker.

"Maybe it's because debating with you lot is like trying to reason with a box of jibber jabbers sat on a washer on a spin cycle."

That didn't stop you in all those years. Moyes joining you and having Welbeck playing up front made a lot of Mancs give up on football.

There we go - textbook example. Find me one United fan who has 'given up on football' since Moyes's appointment. Gibberish.

Blimey! How slow do you think Ramsey is. He's nowhere near as immobile as that lumbering galoot.

Where is your backup for one? You have usually sensible posters like merrysupersteve putting in an extra shift, trying his best to cover for your fellow fans idiocy.
Doing a poor job of it thus far.

This is like when a lion makes a kill, and all the yappy hyenas are taking it in turn having a little snap before turning and scampering away.

But no match for comparing Jones to Baresi though..

I'll honestly have him than Ramsey, shocking player.

Who's the lion? You Brutish? Moyes? Man U? Any of those would result in a little cackle if you say 'yes'.

The United board is plenty busy fella

As our attendances have been through the last six months of 'decline'.

Agree with you on that. He'll feel like a victim when he's played on the flank and is told to do an impression of Park Ji Sung.

Poor imagery. That might mean Moyes has killed Mata's career.
