It was with 7m of add ons in fairness.......
We've had a 25m bid for Dahoud rejected apparently. Not for sale...... Accept 30m from Palace and offer that for Dahoud if we really want him.....
So theoretically, rather than sign a LB, Klopp would rather push Milner there and then buy a midfielder instead. If this were to be so then Klopp wants Dahoud bad.

Depends doesn't it really. If they have offered it in installments over five years then fair enough.
They'll cough up I reckon and FSG seem to do well in getting the fees they want.

Palace look likely to go down without a striker and Benteke looks like he'll fit into their system. He'll be at Smellhurst Park by Sep 1st.
He'd be an amazing signing for Palace I reckon. Hopefully it comes off for all involved!

I don't think one is dependant on the other. Even with Milner being pushed back, he doesn't disappear from the squad. We have Lucas, Can, Henderson, Wij and Grujic along with Stewart who Klopp seems to like.

If its true that Milner will play LB and Klopp is after Dahoud then its a plausible theory. I would imagine Dahoud coming in would mean almost no apps in CM for Milner whereas a new LB would guarantee Milner games in midfield.
He's not that good in midfield anyway.
