Sounds like Palace were trying to play us at our own of optional add ons game.

I'd rather we signed a left back as never convinced by right footed players on the left, nor players playing in positions that they don't really want to, but I trust Klopp.

We'll see how Milner does.

Id be a bit disappointed if we didn't sign either a DM or a left back, as I think they are pretty glaring weaknesses in our squad, but it's difficult to get everything in one transfer window.

I'm worried what happens if we lose Can to injury or poor form. Can Lucas or Stewart step up and provide consistently good performances? We'll see.

It's dire straits for Palace now. They have won about 3 in 22 games or something and have just sold their best player.

They need to do something or they will be going down.

He's n ot a full back. He's definitely not a LB. During preseason when he played there he was slow and ponderous. He would get into attacking positions down the left and be hampered due to being a righty. Then when the opposition broke he was far too slow to be able to get back into position.

If Klopp thinks we can get away with either Moreno or Milner at LB it's complete madness in my book. If Hodgeson or Rogers made that decision they'd be hauled over the coals. klopp seems to be getting a relatively free ride on this one, but it'll be a disgrace if thats how our LB position looks come Sept 2nd.

Depends what the add on's are. If we don't get that extra 7 million unless Palace get Europe, or Benteke plays 150 games then essentially it is only likely to be 23 million.

The whole idea of this thread is to report links, however likely/unlikely they may be.

The Sun's rumours are no more tenuous than most other sources.

FFS Liverpool have played ONE game.

I for one (and I'm sure there are many more who) haven't seen Milner play at LB so I don't know how well (or atrociously) he might play BUT I'm all for getting behind Klopp and the team until such time as criticism is warranted.

At this time there is no reason to criticise Klopp or LFC (well, maybe Moreno).

Just get behind Klopp and the team and hope his judgement is better than your own before predicting failure and calling his decision making 'madness' & 'a disgrace'.

1) I have. he was $hite. too slow to deal with a quick wide man or to be able to get back into position once up field.

2) the reason most people haven;t seen him play LB is because in his 15 year career he has never played at LB. because he's not a LB.
