It's a long time to elapse, to require three touches there's no way it's central with just the keeper to beat,
However in your extremely unlikely situation that would be a judgement call based on the company doing the analysis (who have teams of people recording then reviewing the statistics) but as a general rule there is a touch limit below which there wouldn't be a review,
Instead the midfielder would get a "key pass" awarded to them

Being top of a stat doesn't make you well established as one of the top attacking full backs.

Where have I ever said that I hate Moreno? I don't hate any Liverpool player (well, perhaps Balloteli), but I certainly don't hate Moreno. In fact I have regularly said that he does have a role to play in the squad, depending on who the opposition is.
Basically the stats you use to create your opinion that "he is one of the best attacking fullbacks in the league" is utter bilge.
A full back by definition must have offer some degree of defensive stability. At this juncture, Moreno has clearly failed to do this.
