I would rather we sign Khadira, before di Maria, but only if it doesn't get in the way of the inevitable Vidal signing.

Is there any winger better than Di Maria? He can play in the middle as well, I'd pay £60m for him.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
£60m is the sort of money you spend on the very best imo.
I'd be happy anything up to £50m, considering Ozil went for mid 40's and Sanchez of mid thirties.

If khedira is available for 6-8 mill and we don't go for him then ed and LVG need shooting
=============================
Chelsea dont need khedira, They got Matic and Cesc as their first choice, khedira want out because he want first team football, he wont go to Chelsea to warm the bench
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Chelsea could quite easily play all three. Fabregas number 10, Khedira box to box and Matic holding.

Di maria won't got for anything less than 45m in my opinion.
Do we need him?No.
Should we splash 45m+ on him instead of else where? No.
Is he a world class player?Yes.

There are many of better holding midfield players than him
----------------------------------
Really, last time I looked there was a huge lack of major quality in CM positions, especially players that are even remotely possible.
Care to name a few?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
off the top of my head Alonso, Schweini and biscuit, gerrard and even Lahm is better at the holding quarterback role IMO
there are plenty of better CMs too, I have no idea who are "remotely possible" and who are not,
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, 1 i remotely possible, from your list.... Alonso
If you cant figure that Gerrard and Co are not remotly possible signings, you must have a problem with logical thinking.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Gerrard I can see but who are the co, remember Kroos, Cesc, Ozil, Sanchez, all changed club within last 12 months, you have no idea which players are "remotly possible", dont try to pretend you do

we should have gotten strootman before he went to roma. i made an article regarding this situation. lately we been buying players that have PL experience and leave out players like strootman thinking whether they would fit into PL or not. KS has been good for roma and now we are convinced we seem to be interested.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You do realise we appointed a Dutch manager this Summer right?
Might just be a small part in why we might be interested now but not before

I'd rather give a talented winger than is already in our ranks a chance to develop, aka Januzaj.
I didn't hear anyone crying out for a winger when we were winning the title.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I was. We only ever had 3 wingers until Januzaj broke though and I've always been of the opinion they weren't of the level required.
in fact I made an article on the old 606 about it.
Anyhoo, you're happy just having Januzaj ,Young and Valencia? Basically one talented winger who is very ineffective as things stand.
£60m is the sort of money you spend on the very best imo.
and doesn't Di Maria fall under that category?
BTW, the main reason we are so crap and dull going forward is because we have nobody to run at a defence.
I'd rather sign Di Maria playing and us winning 5-4 than a dm and us winning 1-0. I don't pay money to see Khadira, Di Maria I would.
You do understand we need to have 2 wingers?
Even with Januzaj in the side in Saturday were you not at all worried about our lack of pace?
A quality winger is very much needed, as is a quality CM and quality CB. This is due to years of neglect thinking things were fine and not splashing the cash on real quality.

Signing a winger(di maria) means, its highly likely we will switch to 433 which is IMO is the best formation for our squad. Im highly skeptical about 3-4-3, I dont think LVG will stick to it with or without Di Maria
