Isn't it Floyd that's had the dodgy scorecards against him (alvarez winning, Maidana drawing) the last times?
Not getting any excuses in Guv, but you'd be naive to think that judges are going to give the fight in Manny's favour if it's a really close fight which it might be.
Las Vegas is in America and Floyd is an American. It's not rocket science.
That's why I could see Floyd winning by controversial split decision.
Floyd to win by split decision is 7/1 by the way. That's the best value bet I can find on the fight for anyone interested

http://www.badlefthook.com/2014/5/4/5679890/mayweather-vs-maidana-scores-official-scorecard-from-floyds-majority - against an Argentinian
I'd be more worried about Floyd getting screwed out of the result personally.
Paddy Power already have a market for a Mayweather vs Khan fight.
I guess that means we won't ever get to see Floyd fight Keith Thurman
Floyd's definitely retiring after his next fight when his Showtime contract is up. Especially if he surpasses Marciano's undefeated record which he probably will if he fights Khan next and not Thurman.

Back in 2011 Pacquiao won a controversial split decision over marquez in vegas. Oh but i forgot only americans get the advantage in Vegas.
-------------------------------
What does a Filipino getting a decision against a Mexican in Las Vegas prove Guv ??
What about Bradley getting a very controversial decision over Pacquiao in their first fight in Vegas ?
Many people thought that Pacquiao won that fight but American Bradley got the result.
Why are you saying Floyds definitely retiring Superb, is that what you think or do you have a source?
Khan will only happen if he makes sure he's in contention by fighting a good operator next.
Any close decision will result in another money spinning rematch, and a draw definitely win (imo.)
Very controversial? it's one of the biggest robberies in boxing history! Bradley won 2 maybe 3 rounds at best

------------------------------
No source, but I'd be amazed if he carried on fighting after his Showtime contract expired. Especially if he breaks Marciano's unbeaten record.
What motivation would there be for him to fight again ??
He wouldn't want to jeopardise his precious undefeated record. Also he'll be 39 with well in excess of 500 million in the bank.
The only way we'll see Floyd fight more than two fights is if he loses to Pacquiao.

That's irrelevant. My point was specifically about an American fighting a non American in Vegas.
Pacquia's been robbed before in Vegas against an American. Don't be surprised if it happens again.
That's all I'm saying.

Floyd has to lose at some point, it shouldn't be allowed for him to retire without losing and him delusionally thinking he's actually TBE

And I pointed out above twice where the scorecards were favourable to the non american fighter.
Unfortunately I can see this being the standard excuse if Floyd does whats expected and walks to a UD.
For those of you waiting with baited breath, start looking forward to the fight other than finding excuse after excuse why it won't live up to the hype. Otherwise your gonna go into it and watch it looking for wrongdoings.
If he's going for Marciano's record Superb I reckon he'll sign another contract afterwards as he needs 4 more fights to beat it

9/4 is crap odds superb, it isn't that much difference

This an excuse. Stop with these excuses already. I can already see it now. Floyd wins a close decision and you come on here to say pacquiao got robbed.
--------------------------
Calm down Guv you sound like you're about to start crying. Relax mate. We're just talking about sport here.
My original point was that the best bet I could find on this fight was Floyd to win by split decision at 7/1. I've already put money on it myself as I think it's a good value bet.
Floyd is going to win the fight on points. There's no question about that. The question is whether it's unanimous or split decision. Come May 2nd we'll find out.
Pacquiao getting robbed in Vegas against Bradley is just an independent fact.

Superb any update on your bet on cotto vs Mayweather 2?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well I certainly wouldn't bet against Floyd's next/last fight being against Cotto.
I'd rather see Floyd fight Khan but that's not saying much when you've got the likes of Keith Thurman waiting in the wings for his shot at Floyd.

Thousands of morons think he's TBE do you not watch YouTube videos and go on twitter?

I do not think any real boxing fan considers Floyd as the best ever.
