I started to read this and this is the first piece of ill informed crap I came across.

'The riots are understandable.'

No, they are not understandable. They are anything but understandable.

Peaceful protesting in this case would be perfectly understandable.

Mass rioting, setting fire to local businesses and looting them and attacking police is not understandable.

I know Baltimore reasonably well, and the communities these idiots have destroyed are their own communities, their own businesses.

This rioting had nothing to do with the protests over Freddie Gray. Those protests were carried out peacefully, despite the family requesting that there would be no protests yesterday due to the funeral.

The rioting was all to do with the criminal element of Baltimore and 'out of towners' using Freddie Gray as an excuse for them to steal and cause damage.

The clown who made the ''The riots are understandable.' comment needs to stick to talking about things he knows something about, like Game of Thrones.

Everyone knows Tottenham Waterstones is rubbish though.

I guess that when the opportunity to take something that has been paraded in front of your face, something that you could never afford comes along. It can be too hard to resist taking it. I understand that.

You're using the same argument that the 'powers that be' use to justify the system that created these riots.

Basically, the authorities state 'this rioting is completely unrelated to the person we murdered, it's just criminals taking advantage' because they need you and me to write it off as being 'just the criminal element' rather than a flaw in their system.

They then suggest peaceful protest (as you did) as the alternative. Why? Because they can simply ignore it and carry on as before.

Have people seen the BBC doc Bitter Lake by Adam Curtis? Brilliant documentary and one element is about how the media more so than ever love to make everything black and white to supposedly make things easier for viewers for simpletons like VC.
