Hello roiders, I've read through this whole thread. I hope you guys can teach me the art of roiding..I mean gymming.
But one question I have is that you guys laughed at young guys who do chest and bis 2-3 times a week, how come? So doing same body parts regularly skies gains? I don't do it myself but so many of my mates who go gym literally just wanna do chest and biceps every time
^i actually think my arms have built up more from weekly back sessions.
Also guys. Core. Do you need to do it to get a sexy six pack, or will it just build up as you gain anyway.

Six pack is 90% about body fat.
Core is important for the rest of your training.
Doing the same body parts rather than striking an even balance is awful for your body and will likely lead to debilitation down the road.
Working more muscle > more testosterone > better gains
Don't skip leg day

Does anyone else do a close grip bar bell bench press for triceps? How close do you put your hands together, like close enough so your thumbs could touch if you stretched them? Or a bit further out? I do the former but I've done it with two people now and they moan of grip problems and balance problems and wrist problems.
Whatever grip suits you. Trial and error the grips. What works for you might not work for Olumfemi.

With a straight bar I'd prefer a wider grip. With a z bar closer. Personal preference.
Get on the roids and you can be wÄ…nking with one hand whilst doing a barbell bench press with the other. Grips don't matter with some gear.

What positions does it affect you most in?
Doubt you need to strengthen. Are they tight..?
You need to use the ankle as much as you can do while keeping it pain free. If you can do bltch sessions with submax weights then crack on. Otherwise walking is enough for now.
