Think you can manage a big leg day and a bit of legs on a different day too?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No reason why not
Never trained with leg days before. Used to squats every sesh
Atm im doing
Upper heavy
Lower heavy
Upper control
Lower control
So yeah for you i'd just go lower upper lower upper if you wanna keep it simple.
Or you can twist it around a bit for novelty.
Full body
Rest
Push & supplementary
Pull & supplementary
Legs 'exclusive'
Rest
Rest
In this i'd do a lighter focus of push on full body day and really go hard on my chest on push day. Maybe even throw a little in on a saturday for fun.
By the same token i'd do a little less pull on pull day and a little extra on full body day to compensate.
If you want a proper legs day and a proper full body day then 2 days rest at least is essential. Maybe more.
So should i be squatting 3x a week on that?
You could maybe do some on one of the push / pull days if your legs can hack it but for me 1.5 leg days would probably be plenty. Or I showed you the way i'm working out the other day as well.

(vid of that guy breaking deadlift record at 500kg. Previous record 465!)
how do people cook their steaks
Usually medium rare but sometimes you can get away with asking for rare. Best to know how the places do it before hand
I should have clarified what do you cook it in, what herbs do you use? I used a bit of oil butter garlic and salt the other day, was pretty good.
Also find them guys who say "anyone who has a steak well done should be..." enter whatever you want after that, morons.
I have my steak medium but don't get people who care so much if people like their steak cooked an extra minute
Slightly obsessed with bearnaise sauce
Pretty much butter and eggs
Shallots, vinegar and other french stuff thrown in too
