We won't be swapping weights directly nick. We will do it as a % of 1 rep max. I'm your height but got nearly 2 stone on you - we could probably swap though.

Yeah but I think we shouldn't Danny. We should pair up with less lift oriented people.
Tbh I imagine there won't be enough of the latter. So I will be incorporating a bit more BW than normal and doing a bit less classic stuff. Just so not everyone's routine is solely squats bench and curls.
My gym is in my apartment complex so I am going a lot more, but I am also doing worse sessions.

Looking forwards to writing this article. There are quite a few considerations and hopefully there will be a few people who actually want to participate.
They are alright VIK, pretty modern and dece but in a pretty boring area of London.

I've completely fooked it, gained weight, flab, guzzling down fizzy drinks, eating pizzas etc. Mismanaged my time in final year
Will hopefully get back on it when it's just exams to concentrate on.

I started to love going gym at 7am, freed up so much time after lectures/work etc
