lost a load of weight recently, think i look a lot better for it
Probably do. I've made my peace with not weighing 100kg and I'm happier for it. Still hit the weights of course I'm not broken.
Its the weight you lose off of your face as well that i never clocked before. Guys that look average at 20% bf will be amazed how they look at 10%
Also you can actually have abs... that's like right up there with what actually matters aesthetically
Had too much fun drinking this weekend. Got a heavy lower session to punish myself with tonight
had two eclairs for desert and a massive steak
Joined a new gym and they have this leg press machine

Not used that one before, but people I spoke to say it's the best type as it mimics a squat the best. Opinions?
If u want to mimic a squat then squat
I do squat, but I just saw this and wondered about it

Loving rear delt flys lately. Really gives a good chest stretch
Teece, thoughts on insulin spikes caused by fruit?
Insulin powerful growth stimulator.
Or use the spike of energy.
Personally a large intake of fruit never causes me a my problems but I eat mainly apples and bananas nowadays and tend to keep tropical fruit to a minimum.
Well if you drink beer and blame fruit at the same time I judge you
I've got raw chest and anterior delts and bicep tendon
Think I'm putting stress on my right ulnar when I do some lifts
You mean the bone or the nerve, what lifts, what does it feel like, do you have to do those specific lifts, how often do you train the lifts
The bone, can feel a twinge of pain there but no swelling/inflammation. When I do bicep dumbbell exercises usually but other ones too eg. getting dumbbells up for shoulder press or doing one arm dumbbell kick backs
Sorry the other question is where on the bone. By the elbow I guess
Fortunately you don't actually need to have kick backs or bicep curls in any routine. But I imagine that this will get in the way while benching and rowing
