Tbf this thread was quite good. But wanna hear your thoughts if any too

Yeah it's an issue. Usually people have kyphosis problems though cause of irresponsible training and office life.

Lordosis can be a big problem for people with large guts and for frequent wearers of high heels.

It is correctable with the correct course of treatment and exercise.

I'll read the link later.

You want it to die now?

Not especially but that's just how threads work.

I certainly don't care enough to constantly force content out of like blood from a stone.

Good weekend pals?

and gay

Yeah cause weights are so typically straight and not even vaguely prevalent in the gay scene.

So you're never using weights again?

Now go do your squats to keep that ass tight for daddy

posted on 6/9/16

Oh no I use both. Double gay. Just my sessions are now 25-50% bodyweight depending on my mood

Yeah but I've started doing 10 minutes before push day and a little in between sets as well. It's time to start training like a mature adult man. We gotta preserve ourselves so we don't have to stop and end up looking like a melted snow man.

When I say we, you know I've been a total cripple at various stages but I really mean you with your insane weights and training through serious injuries.

My body and injury status improved so much from replacing some of my lifting with bodyweight. But i'm fairly lean and I don't really wanna get massive and I don't care about hitting huge numbers either. I just wanna look good and feel good and be able to do cool shlt.
