If you increase your calories.. you're bound to put on some fat right? How do you perfect, losing fat, putting on muscle and growing all at the same time?
Yeah once you're past beginner stage you're going to have a real battle to lose fat and build muscle simultaneously. That's why we all do the bulking and cutting thing.
I have to say though I don't have the regimented approach lots do. I rarely take metrics, I don't count calories and I don't use the block phases as much. Maybe i'd do better if I did. But I have crept up musclewise and any fat that i've put on i'm pretty sure is because of bad choices rather than actual calorie intake. So in my mind it seems like i've solved the age old conundrum of 'I want bigger arms but don't want to lose my abs'
Got a bad arm and a bad leg so i'm feeling pretty restless and fecked off. Shlt sessions and too much rest making me miserable
Knocked my ankle into one of the machines yesterday. Cant put any weight on it now
Ive managed to sort my protein bar conundrum out. PHD Diet Whey Chocolate Cookie Bar. Best ones going. Highly recommend them.
Just need to find a Whey Protein that suits me now..MyProtein doesnt sit well with my stomach.
These bars are so expensive. Good thing im on like 60 30 10 right now
What's that 60 30 10? Yeah they are costly 18 per box
rough estimation as i dont really count. I am certainly above 50% carbs though. Trying to keep fat low

I like the dairy milk bars with oreo inside. They need to make a protein version of that

Bodyweight preferably but not necessarily. I like a sort of squat variation. I dunno what it's called but i'll walk you through it.
Start by kneeling on a padded surface. Sit back onto your heels. The goal is to propel yourself explosively upwards, landing in a squat position with your weight in your heels and your feet flat.
Try and get them doing one legged squats to proper depth. I can do them at all
I can do pistol squats but my one legged squats are poor unless I go to that depth. Weird right.
I have the quad strength there for sure even despite my long suffering legs. It's all my abductors and hip flexors which can't hack it. So I wobble. But I feel way more stable with the pistol squat.
Going for a walk. Good little fat burner when fasted.
Tell em to punch themselves in the nuts to promote testosterone production
