I tend to eat skinless thighs and drumsticks more than I eat breast though because they are much less bland.
Yeah ive been on brown chicken and rice for the last week. How much protein do you think you're having there with say about a plateful of it. I add in mixed vegetables too.

Got these killer protein bars this morning
50g bar with 25g worth of protein in them. Cant go wrong. Tasted nice too. Low sugar and low fat.

Even though I know a bit about nutrition there's some moron part of my brain that seems to think that because i'm eating animal muscle i'll somehow gain its muscular power. Like my stomach is just gonna distribute my steak directly into my biceps. So yeah I get too much protein in my opinion. Probably get the same results with less. Maybe even better results when bulking because of the thermogenic effect of digestion I mentioned the other day

I've always thought over 150g of protein is a bit much. I never noticed a difference. But different bodies work different ways.
Tuna in romain lettuce wraps. Add salad and a bit of dressing to the tuna. Crunchy and delicious as fück.

Graduated last summer, only managed to get a job a few months back. Tough times in the engineering world tbh.

Tbh, in civil engineering, there's plenty of jobs going around. I just have to stay close to home for the foreseeable future, which limits what I can get. I know a guy on placement getting 25k ffs
Yeh good job and in London which is alright. Long game is to go into consultancy.
Yeah, you'll need a lot of experience to get into consultancy, good luck.
I wanna get into the property game soon tbh, it'll be tough, but it's something I've enjoyed doing in the past.
